In the week 37 English Premier League fixture of season 2011-2012, Liverpool shirts' sponsor logo was unprecedently changed from Standard Chatered to "Seeing is Believing".??Seeing is Believing is a collaboration between Standard Chartered Bank and International Agency for Prevention of Blindness (IAPB). The shirt sponsor logo was especially changed to raise funds to tackle avoidable blindness in developing countries.
Coincidentally, Liverpool faced Chelsea in the last home game in the Premier League season 2009-2010 with a second-to-none changed sponsor "Chinese Carlsberg" then. Two years later, the same second-to-none shirt was worn in the last home game against Chelsea.


Standard Chartered Bank announced the use of the one-off "Seeing is Believing" shirts in her facebook page on 1 May 2012.????


On 7 May 2012, Liverpool F.C. officially announced that new shirt sponsor logo would be worn in the Chelsea game.????


On 7 May 2012, Seeing is Believing has updated the ebay about me page revealing that 4 match shirts will be auctioned.


On 8 May 2012, the 4 shirts for charity auctioning were revealed. They are #9 Robbie Fowler, #10 John Barnes, #11 Maxi Rodriguez and #23 Jamie Carragher.

The shirt arrives in a package together with a Liverpool F.C. issued Certficiate of Authenticity signed by manager Kenny Dalglish, the Premier League Week 37 match programme against Chelsea when this shirt was worn, and a Letter of Authenticity issued by Seeing is Believing.????


The shirt is autographed by Liverpool Legend John Barnes in the front, who participated in a blindfolded penalty kick during the half time.

In the week 25 English Premier League fixture of season 2012-2013, Liverpool shirts' sponsor logo was changed from Standard Chartered to "Seeing is Believing".  Seeing is Believing is a collaboration between Standard Chartered Bank and International Agency for Prevention of Blindness (IAPB). The shirt sponsor logo was especially changed to raise funds to tackle avoidable blindness in developing countries.
This is the second season of Liverpool shirts donning the Seeing is Believing sponsor logo, with this charitable campaign becomes an annualized event.


On 29 January 2013, Liverpool F.C. officially announced that new shirt sponsor logo would be worn in the W.B.A. game.


On the same date,  Standard Chartered updated their page for the inclusion of the 2013 Seeing is Believing event and the &quoterfect Match" contest.


Liverpool F.C.'s official website also covered the story of donning Seeing is Believing sponsor on the shirts for the W.B.A. game.

In 2013, the curator of the Liverpool Shirts Museum did not bid on any of the four Seeing is Believing ebay auction.
Instead, a Jamie Carragher match worn Seeing is Believing shirt is sought from 23 Foundation.


Jamie Carrahger's match worn shirt is unwashed and smelly, carries mud and sweat stains.


As the shirt is procured from 23 Foundation instead of Seeing is Believing Charity, it's accompanied by 23 Foundation COA and letter of patronage.
