聯繫過PDS,得到的回覆是:

Ican see that your parcel has been sent out to you and we wouldnt beable to track it once it has left our country. Please contact your localpostal service in your country, and if you are unsure who that is thenplease call Royal Mail as they will have this information for you. |
Onceyou have contacted your local postal service who has your parcel thenplease let us know if you are still having issues locating your parcelafter 25 working days from the parcel being despatched as we will beable to launch an investigation with Royal Mail. After the 25 workingdays please let us know if you want another parcel sent out or a refundon the card you used,
