Thank you for your email. I have had a look at this for you and tracked your order, it is currently showing as still with Jamaica Post and I would suggest that you contact them with your tracking number RU708529787GB. They should then be able to provide you with further details regarding your order, if you still experience a problem with receiving your order then we can investigate this further for you although we can only do that after 25 working days have past from when the item is despatched, this is the time after which Royal Mail would consider the package as lost.
