昨天下单时没注意信用卡额度,下了单一直没有扣款短信,看到邮件说扣款未成功,后来,提升了额度,发邮件给pds说信用卡已经正常,可扣款,但是没有回应,这种情况下如果我下新订单,会扣两次款收两次货吗?
